David Mill revealed the Belle River Digital twin, a 3D replication of the 1.3 km business District of Belle River built accurate to scale, elevation, and finish.
The evolving project, in collaboration with the Belle River BIA, aims to drive local business engagament with available government funding through visuals that show possible facade improvements. the Digital Twin is an evolving digital asset, reflecting confirmed improvement designs of the future of Belle River.
AI Summit - SiteKick

On September 18, 2025, David Mill presented SiteKick at the AI Workforce Summit hosted at Caesar's Windsor by Workforce Windsor Essex, WEtech Alliance, and Tourism Windsor-Essex Pelee Island.
He tells the story of seeing contractors struggle to find information on job sites, and SCELTA's AI for contractors solution, SiteKick. A texting platform that provides instant answers to job site questions from project documents and drawings.
