Young Electric is one of our earliest adopters and one of our longest-running clients.

The story starts in 2023. The Young Electric team was growing fast and needed to bring more technology into their workflows. There's an infamous photo below of the pen and paper scheduling system they were using to keep track of their rapidly growing list of jobs to complete. They had the team, the skill, and the work ethic to grow. But manual systems were slowing them down.

The typical software options weren’t a fit. Most were bloated, expensive, or overly complex for what they needed. What they wanted was simple: a digital system that matched their workflow and actually made life easier for the team on site.

That’s where SCELTA RealTime came in.

We embedded ourselves with the Young Electric crew, spending days in their office and on job sites to learn how they really worked. Then we mirrored those workflows inside a custom RealTime app. As the team started using it, we took their feedback directly from the field and kept improving it. Because it was built around how they already worked, adoption was fast. Little friction. No confusion.

The result? Their crew got relief from the constant pen-and-paper admin. And the office team finally had a system they could count on.

As Young Electric kept growing, so did the partnership. We helped implement a custom Inventory Tracking System to manage parts and materials in the shop. Then came a brand refresh: a new website, pro-level job content, and a monthly branding retainer to build out their dominance in Windsor-Essex.

It’s been a long journey, and a great one. Keith, Luc, and the entire Young Electric team embody a growth mindset. We’re proud to call them not just collaborators, but friends.
