Landscape Effects Group of Companies has long been a cornerstone of Windsor-Essex. Most know them for landscaping, but that’s just the beginning. Their operations span snow removal, design-build construction, commercial bid and build, a materials supply centre, a golf course and restaurant, and even a story-driven, community-focused magazine.
And while the business ecosystem was growing as a whole, the systems behind each individual company of the ecosystem were starting to show strain. The brand was strong, but becoming confusing. Sales were happening, but not without friction. The puzzle of internal tools and workflows that helped them scale were beginning to buckle under the weight.
That’s when SCELTA came in.
We started with Strategy Discovery: a full audit of the group’s operations, brand, and tech stack. Over two weeks, we held twelve deep-dive sessions across eight brands and leadership teams. We were looking for specifics: where were things breaking down? What was holding people back? What's the sales process? What tech are you using? How do you track relationships? We get to know your business as well as you do.
From that, we built the Implementation Roadmap: a clear, visual guide to help LFX simplify, sharpen, and scale its systems. It included quick wins, phased rollouts, and key systems shifts. We introduced SCELTA 360, SCELTA Portal, and SCELTA RealTime where needed, while digitizing what was already working well. It wasn’t about throwing everything out. It was about shedding the excess for what comes next.
The response from the team was immediate: relief. You could feel it in the room. They had the drive. They had the culture. Now they had a plan, and the path forward to walk.
